Article 1 - Purpose<\/h2>\n

These terms govern sales of clothing and accessories made on the L\u2019Atelier Gente online shop (www.lateliergente.com), operated by BRG Consulting, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of \u20ac1,000, SIREN 930 047 519, registered office 25 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France (see the legal notice<\/a>), and any person making a purchase (\u201cthe customer\u201d).<\/p>\n\n

Article 2 - Products<\/h2>\n

The essential characteristics of each piece (composition, cut, sizes, care) are shown on its product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible; slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen. Offers are valid while stocks last.<\/p>\n\n

Article 3 - Prices<\/h2>\n

Prices are shown in euros, excluding delivery costs. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country; they are payable by the recipient.<\/p>\n\n

Article 4 - Order<\/h2>\n

The order is final once these terms are accepted and payment is confirmed. A summary email is sent to the customer. The invoice is available in the customer account.<\/p>\n\n

Article 5 - Payment<\/h2>\n

Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CB). It is processed by a secure payment provider (Stripe); BRG Consulting never has access to card details.<\/p>\n\n

Article 6 - Delivery<\/h2>\n

France:<\/b> pick-up point \u20ac5.90 (3 to 5 working days), home delivery \u20ac8.90 (2 to 4 working days), express delivery \u20ac10.90 (24 to 48 h).<\/p>\n

Europe<\/b> (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican): pick-up point \u20ac10.90 (5 to 8 working days), home delivery \u20ac12.90 (4 to 7 working days), express delivery \u20ac14.90 (2 to 4 working days).<\/p>\n

Rest of the world:<\/b> from \u20ac16.90, amount calculated and shown at checkout, in 7 to 15 working days depending on the country.<\/p>\n\n

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal and returns<\/h2>\n

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, by emailing contact@lateliergente.com. Pieces must be returned within 14 days of that request, unworn and with their tags. Return costs are payable by the customer. The refund, including initial standard delivery costs, is made no later than 14 days after the withdrawal request, using the same payment method; it may be deferred until the returned pieces are received.<\/p>\n\n

Article 8 - Legal guarantees<\/h2>\n

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).<\/p>\n

Under the legal guarantee of conformity, the customer has two years from delivery to act. They may obtain repair or replacement of the item or, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale. Lack of conformity appearing within this period is presumed to have existed at delivery.<\/p>\n

Under the guarantee against hidden defects, the customer has two years from discovery of the defect to act, and may choose between cancellation of the sale and a price reduction.<\/p>\n\n
