Card details are processed directly by our payment provider and are never stored by L’Atelier Gente.

- Order processing and delivery, customer service - performance of the contract.
- Newsletter and offers - consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
- Accounting and tax obligations - legal obligation.
Recipients
Data is shared only with the providers required: the website host (o2switch, France), the payment provider (Stripe) and the carriers handling delivery.
For deliveries outside the European Union, some data (name, address, phone) is shared with the carrier and the customs authorities of the destination country, only as far as necessary for delivery.
Retention period
Customer data: 3 years after the last purchase. Accounting records: 10 years. Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact.
