Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose your piece, select your size, then add it to your cart. You can order with or without a customer account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn’t shipped, contact us quickly by email or phone with your order number.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also find it in your My account.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to France and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

How much does shipping to France cost?

Three options: pick-up point €5.90 (3 to 5 working days), home delivery €8.90 (2 to 4 working days) and express €10.90 (24 to 48 h).

How much does delivery cost in Europe and the rest of the world?

Europe (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland): pick-up point €10.90 (5 to 8 working days), home delivery €12.90 (4 to 7 working days), express €14.90 (2 to 4 working days). Rest of the world: from €16.90, calculated at checkout, in 7 to 15 working days depending on the country.

Do customs duties apply?

For deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may charge customs duties and import taxes when the parcel arrives. They are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

Returns and exchanges

What is the return period?

You have 14 days from receipt to return a piece. It must be unworn, with its tags. Return costs are at your expense: email us at contact@lateliergente.com and we will tell you how to proceed.

How do I exchange a size?

Make a request from your account or by email: we send the new size as soon as we receive your return.

When will I be refunded?

The refund is made to your original payment method, no later than 14 days after we receive your return.

Measurements are indicative. Each product page specifies the cut (fitted, straight, relaxed or wide): for a relaxed cut, take your usual size; for a closer fit, take the size below.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CB). Payment is encrypted and secured by Stripe.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment is handled by our payment provider: your card details never pass through our site.

Care

How do I care for wool and cashmere?

Hand wash in cold water or dry clean, dry flat. Store your knits folded, never on a hanger.

And silk and linen?

Silk is hand washed or dry cleaned; linen can be machine washed at 30 °C and ironed while still slightly damp. Each product page details how to care for the piece.
